For Windows OS and Linux:

    * Ensure you review the System Requirements before installing DB2 Express-C
    * Download the image and run "setup" on Windows or "./db2setup" on Linux
          o Windows Vista users: ensure that you right-click setup.exe and pick the "Run as Administrator" option.
          o Linux users: db2setup and db2_install must be run with root authority.
